Binary Towers
The Binary Towers demonstrate the binary number system. Children fill the towers, arranged according to place value, in order to discover the binary number for the corresponding quantity of balls. When a tower is filled to the top, the lid is closed and reads “1.” When a tower is not filled, it remains empty, and the lid reads “0.”
